Should there be an incident in your CID that requires the intervention of the Falcon Complete team, they will only call from the following number: +1-737-212-9729
It is important that you add that contact information to your phone, as we have gotten a few reports that cell providers are incorrectly marking that number as spam. It is also recommended that you allow that number to bypass any Do Not Disturb settings on your phone.
View the Call Roster
- Login to the CrowdStrike console
- Click the “burger” icon > Falcon Complete > Falcon Complete > Contact Management
- The precedence is the order in which the Falcon Complete team will call should there be an incident.
Adjust the Call Roster
- New Contact
- In the Contact Management page click Add Contact
- Fill in the contact details for the individual
- Phone Numbers must be in the format of +ww-xxxyyyzzzz
- The Role cannot be left blank
- Select Notification Types
- hovering over the i next to each notification type will provide an explanation of what the type does. For example, a contact with a notification type of Authorized Change User could contact the Falcon Complete team about adding an exclusion to the Servers group.
- Click Save
- Adjust Existing Contact
- In the Contact Management page click on the tiered icon next to the user in question
- Click on Edit
- Adjust the information & notification types as needed
- Click Save
