¶ Introduction
The following is for enabling Tech Alerts from CrowdStrike for your user account. The Tech Alerts are very low traffic, basically items you need to be aware of for service issues. You can also select release notes here, those are purely informational and there are more emails from the release note channels.
¶ Setup
- Click the Support icon in the upper right > Click Support Portal
- Once you're in the Support Portal > Click your name in the upper right hand corner > Click Settings
- Once you're in settings, scroll down to the Tech Alerts area and select US-2* > Click Save
*US-2 is where all CIDs under MiSecure are located
